RV Akash Ganga Infrastructure Limited came into existence in July 2007 by way of amalgamation of M/s RV Associates and M/s Akash Ganga Infrastructure Ltd., two of the pioneers in the field of RMC and Equipment Hiring in Delhi-NCR. The company is into the field of construction business specializing in manufacturing and supply of Ready Mix Concrete, Pile Foundation works, Well Sinking and other construction works. Apart from these the company is also in hiring of Construction Equipments. The company was promoted by Mr. Manoj Bansal and immediate family members in FY2006 as Akash Ganga Infrastructure Private Limited. However, in FY2007, Rohit Bhagat, Pradeep Aggarwal, Surinder Singhal joined the company. Both Mr. Sandeep Aggarwal and Rohit Bhagat were previously engaged in the business of Ready Mix Concrete and supplying of hiring equipments through a partnership firm, R.V. Associates. R.V. Associates was merged with Akash Ganga Infrastructure Limited in FY2007 and consequently, the name of the company was changed to RV Akash Ganga Infrastructure Limited.
Uttrakhand's first ever SOLAR POWER PLANT of 2 MW have been successfully commissioned by the company in January 2012. Awarded to us by Govt. Of India, developed under RPSSGP Scheme. The grid connected to 2 MW Solar farm is built using 15624 SHARP solar modules.
